Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna Award

Award Purpose

The Cedar Creek School Distinguished Alumnus Award is designed to recognize and honor an alumnus/alumna who has distinguished himself/herself by significant accomplishments since graduating from Cedar Creek School.

Award Criteria

Recognition as a distinguished alumnus shall be limited to those individuals, living or deceased, who have graduated from Cedar Creek School no less than ten (10) years prior to their nomination and have made significant accomplishments in one or more of the following areas while maintaining high standards in personal integrity and character.

  • Distinguished themselves through extraordinary achievements in scholarship, civic engagement, their profession, or the arts
  • Made outstanding contributions to the welfare and advancement of Cedar Creek School
  • Demonstrated exceptional acts of philanthropy, service and dedication to Cedar Creek School

Nominee Information

If the nominee is deceased, please list a contact person to represent the Distinguished Alumnus at a public recognition ceremony.

With the nomination form, please upload one PDF (8 MB Maximum size) that contains the following:

  • A one-page candidate overview addressing the nominee’s qualifications
  • Supporting documentation (i.e. nominee’s curriculum vitae/resume, letters of support, work samples, company news releases, professional/civic awards, etc.)
